Chocolate Orange Swirl Muffins
I made a few variations: I used milk chocolate chips; the orange taste wasn't enough for me, so 2nd time around I added a little orange extract; and instead of buttermilk, I used milk with a T of vinegar (a trick I learned in my BYU cooking class). I also under bake all my sweets by a few minutes.
