I'm a new Aunt! My sister and brother-in-law have been trying to have children for 6 long years. After deciding to adopt, Ariane and Zane are finally proud new parents of a baby boy. They were selected by a birth mom a few months ago and have busily been preparing for parenthood. Dallin was born Feb. 19 weighing 6 lbs. 13 oz. Last night was their first night with the baby (and the first night of many where they won't get very much sleep!) Congratulations Ariane and Zane!
Caleb is celebrating his 1/2 birthday today. He had his 6-month check-up where he was in the 30th percentile for his height, 50th percentile for his weight (18 lbs.), and the 75th percentile for his head count. He's been a sleepy and cranky boy today due to the shots :(

That is so exciting!! Congrats to you sister and brother-in-law. I'm sure they'll be wonderful parents. Ethan had his one year shots earlier this week. Not the funnest experience. Hopefully Caleb gets happier soon.

You know what I realized - Tyler was born Feb 17th, then Caleb was born August 22nd, then Dallin was born February 19th - they are all almost exactly six months apart. I think that is kind of cute. Should I have one in six months? KIDDING! :)

Yea!I am so happy for Ariane and Zane! I can't wait to see some pictures of their little boy, and what a great name too! =) The family pictures look great.
